Only adults aged 18 and over may open an account. Each person may hold a single profile, and duplicate profiles may be closed together with any bonus credited to them.

The details you enter at sign-up must be true and up to date, because we compare them with your documents before a payout.

As part of our AML and KYC procedures we may ask you to complete Verify Identity and upload documents from your account page. Withdrawals wait until the check is done.

Balances can be kept in AUD. The cashier lists only the methods offered in your country. We take no fee on a deposit, although your bank may apply its own charge.

Card withdrawals take 3–5 days; e-wallets and crypto are marked as instant in the cashier. While a bonus is active, a withdrawal is not available.

With a bonus running, a single bet may not exceed A$8; larger bets are not counted towards wagering, and abuse can lead us to cancel a payout. Bonus winnings become withdrawable only after every wagering condition is met. Each offer states its own wagering and validity period.

A new sign-in from another device ends the earlier session, and all sessions close after 20 minutes without activity.
